1. Acceptance

By creating an account, booking a consultation, or otherwise using Glycosutra™ — a product of Activénse Holistic Solutions Pvt Ltd ("Activénse", "we", "us") — you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. What Glycosutra is

Glycosutra is a wellness programme: an adaptive agentic AI platform that supports pre-diabetes reversal through personalised, Indian-food-specific diet plans, meal tracking, and dietitian oversight. Glycosutra is not a medical device, does not diagnose or treat any disease, and does not provide medication or dosing advice under any circumstance. 3. Eligibility and your account

• You must be at least 18 years old, or enrolled with the consent and involvement of a parent/guardian, to use Glycosutra.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the health information you provide — meal logs, readings, and history — since your plan is built from it.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.

4. The programme and pricing

Glycosutra operates as a concierge, dietitian-led programme. Enrolment terms and pricing are shared and agreed directly during your consultation with Dt. Shilpa or Mansi, rather than published on this site, because every enrolment is personalised to your assessment.

5. Your responsibilities

• Use the guidance Glycosutra provides as a wellness aid, not as a substitute for medical care.
• Continue to consult your physician for diagnosis, treatment, and any change to prescribed medication — Glycosutra does not and will not advise on this.
• Log meals and readings honestly; the quality of your plan depends on the accuracy of what you provide.
• Do not use the platform for any unlawful purpose or attempt to interfere with its operation or security.

6. Human oversight

Every material change to your diet plan is reviewed and approved by a named dietitian before it reaches you. Glycosutra's AI components generate drafts and flag patterns; they do not make final decisions about your care.

7. Intellectual property

Glycosutra™ and the Glycosutra name, logo, and underlying adaptive agentic AI methods are the property of Activénse Holistic Solutions Pvt Ltd, protected under Indian Patent Application No. 202621040877 and associated trademarks. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the platform or its content without our written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

Glycosutra is provided as a wellness and coaching aid. To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, Activénse is not liable for outcomes arising from your use of the platform in place of, or in contradiction with, advice from your treating physician. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Indian law.

9. Termination

You may stop using Glycosutra and request account deletion at any time (see our Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate access for misuse of the platform, non-payment where applicable, or conduct that puts other users or staff at risk.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated effective date; continued use after a change means you accept the update.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of Glycosutra is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
